Tracy Neal Ware, EdS
Director, Leadership Development
Tracy Neal Ware, EdS, an enthusiastic and dedicated educational leader, brings over two decades of invaluable experience to the dynamic academic landscape. Known for nurturing emerging leaders, and driving continuous improvements in student achievement, she has left an unforgettable mark on the educational institutions she has served.
Tracy Neal Ware, currently serves as a Program Specialist for Leadership Development in the Fulton County School System, Atlanta, GA. Prior to her current position, Tracy Neal Ware served as the Principal of FY23 Georgia National ESEA Distinguished School & Reward Schools in the Clarke County School District, Athens, GA. In this role, she has been recognized for leading the highest-performing 5% of Title 1 schools in Georgia and achieving the greatest improvement among 5% of Title 1 schools in the state. Tracy Neal Ware has diligently monitored and evaluated educational programs, ensuring that high-quality performance objectives and standards are maintained. She has played a pivotal role in mentoring educators, providing encouragement, and valuable feedback.
Tracy Neal Ware's leadership journey includes serving as the Founding Principal of a Florida "A" ranked K-8th school under Charter Schools USA in Wesley Chapel, FL. During her tenure, she opened the first Charter Schools USA's Innovative High-Tech K-8th School and earned an "A" grade from the Florida Department of Education. She was instrumental in creating a unique gifted program, coaching international teachers, and presenting on innovation and leadership at CSUSA's National Conference.
Her international experience includes serving as the Assistant Superintendent (Cluster Manager) for the Abu Dhabi Education Council in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she received the First Place Award for Collaboration in Professional Learning Communities. Tracy Neal Ware coached principals and their senior leadership teams, evaluated school leaders, and introduced innovative initiatives to enhance the improvement planning process across multiple schools. Tracy Neal Ware also served as the Principal of a Model School in Abu Dhabi, where she ensured the school's vision, mission, and goals drove decisions, and established a regular cycle of curriculum review. She fostered a positive school culture, provided professional learning opportunities for staff, and actively involved parents in school improvement planning.
In her earlier career, Tracy Neal Ware served as the principal of a top-performing elementary school in the Henry County Schools, McDonough, GA. She focused on fostering the success of all students and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Tracy Neal Ware holds a wealth of educational qualifications, including ABD in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University, a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University, and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University.
A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Tracy Neal Ware is a John Maxwell Trained Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. She holds a Georgia Educator Certificate in Educational Leadership (P-12) and Early Childhood Education (P-5), a Florida Educator Certificate in Educational Leadership (All Levels), and a Michigan State Provisional Teaching Certificate (K-8) with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education (Z.A.).
