Director of Data Utilization

Vladimir Gachelin most recently served as the Coordinator of Data Utilization for Fulton County Schools. His work consists of analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to key stakeholders and developing the overall strategy for data use within the district.

Prior to working at Fulton County Schools, Vladimir worked for Cardinal Health serving as a Business Analyst where he performed data analysis, established manufacturing metrics, and developed an asset management application. His interest in data analysis stems from being a naturally curious individual as well as having a deep understanding of the benefits of data-driven decision making. Prior to transitioning to a career in I.T., Vladimir worked as a Rental Manager for Penske Truck Leasing where he oversaw rental operations for 13 South Florida Locations.

Vladimir earned a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a Bachelor’s in International Business from Florida State University.
