Fulton County Schools would like to say "welcome" to our newly-hired principals and administrative staff. We also offer our "congratulations" to existing employees that move into these positions as well. We are proud to present our newest team members here and on our FCS Social Media.
LaTosha Gray
Principal, Ocee Elementary School
Ms. LaTosha Gray has been proudly serving students in Fulton County Schools for fourteen years. She began her educational career at Harriet Tubman Elementary as a first grade teacher. Her leadership journey led her to A. Phillip Randolph Elementary as a Data Support Specialist and a Literacy Coach at Alpharetta Elementary. In 2020, she became the Assistant Principal at Ocee Elementary School where she has served for the past 3 years.
Ms. Gray is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She also earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
She is a lover of learning and all things literacy. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Orlando and her children Greyson and Orlando II. Ms. Gray is excited to continue this journey at Ocee Elementary School as principal, where students are loved and inspired to achieve.
Johnathan Hall
Principal, Global Impact Academy
Johnathan Hall is a passionate educator with more than 10 years of experience in education. Prior to becoming the principal of Global Impact Academy, Mr. Hall served as assistant principal in Fayette County Public Schools. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Morehouse College, a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and he is currently pursuing an Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University.
Mr. Hall began his career at Fulton County Schools as a high school social studies teacher. During his tenure in this role, he served as the department chair, school governance council chair, member of the school improvement leadership team, AVID site team member, and district teacher selector. Mr. Hall transitioned to Fayette County Public Schools in the role of assistant principal at Fayette County High School. He was instrumental in fostering a school culture of high academic expectations and collective teacher efficacy in the belief that all students can and will learn, designing and implementing programs to accelerate student learning, and facilitating professional learning communities in which teachers focused on collaboration, data driven instruction, and perfect practice.
Mr. Hall is honored to accept the position of principal and join the Global Impact Academy family. He looks forward to working with the students, staff, parents, community members and partners to develop a learning environment where students develop a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) learning and real-world applications.
Brandi Nichols
Principal, Parklane Elementary School
Ms. Nichols is a veteran educator with over 17 years of experience. She joined Fulton County Schools in 2012 as a fourth-grade teacher at Oak Knoll Elementary. For the past seven years, Ms. Nichols has been leading as an assistant principal in Fulton County schools at the elementary and secondary levels. Ms. Nichols has most recently been serving as an Assistant Principal at Wolf Creek Elementary School.
Ms. Nichols is a native of Orlando, Florida. Ms. Nichols earned her bachelor's degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, her master's degree in educational leadership from Argosy University, and her Education Specialist degree from Kennesaw State University. She has been a 4th grade teacher, 7th grade teacher, administrative assistant, and curriculum support teacher.
Nichols enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also an educator, and their three children. She enjoys traveling, reading and watching football.
Nichols is a transformational leader who strives to foster authentic relationships with all stakeholders to create a collaborative school community. Ms. Nichols' passion lies in empowering others to be their best and creating high educational expectations in the young people she encounters. She is dedicated and excited to join the Parklane community and bond with students, parents, staff and community.
