Red Ribbon Week

October is Red Ribbon Month

Every October, schools across Fulton County recognize Red Ribbon Month to promote drug awareness and prevention with our students. This year's theme is "Be Kind to Your Mind. Live Drug Free." The Red Ribbon Campaign is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in the nation, reaching millions of young people during Red Ribbon Week, October 23-October 31 each year.

FCS is committed to providing safe and secure learning environments for our students. We have school counselors, social workers, and psychologists who are available to provide help. Please take the opportunity to open or continue the dialogue with your children about drugs. Children of parents who talk to their teens regularly about drugs are less likely to use drugs. Thank you for supporting this initiative! Visit the FCS Office of Student Supports webpage.
