Fulton County Schools Welcomes Four-Legged Safety Officers

At the February 11 Board work session, School Police Chief Mark Sulborski had the pleasure of introducing the newest (and furriest) members of the department along with their dedicated handlers. These friendly 18-month-old Labrador Retrievers are specially trained in firearms detection and will soon be visiting schools. Not only will they help enhance safety measures, but they will also give students a chance to learn about the important ways police dogs protect and assist our communities. Read more.
