Digital Wellness During the Holidays

The holiday season often means more free time, and more screen time. While technology can be a great tool for learning and connecting, it is important to maintain healthy habits during school breaks. Here are a few tips to help your family strike the right balance:

1. Set Limits
Create daily screen time boundaries and tech-free zones like the dinner table.

2. Go Offline Together
Plan activities like baking, reading, board games, or winter walks to keep family connected.

3. Lead by Example
Put your own devices aside during family time.

4. Make Screen Time Meaningful
Choose educational apps, virtual tours, or video calls with loved ones.

A little planning helps families enjoy a healthy mix of online and offline fun this holiday season.
