Flanny Richards Boyles brings more than 20 years of experience across instructional practice, student services, and enterprise IT leadership in K–12 education. She has a proven record of leading complex, district wide technology operations with a strong focus on service excellence, governance, and operational stability. In district leadership, she has overseen instructional and administrative platforms, technology support services, and vendor partnerships to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with district priorities.

Flanny is recognized for strengthening IT service delivery through standardized processes, accountability measures, and large scale system improvements that enhance consistency and stakeholder trust. Grounded in her background as an educator and school counselor, she brings a deep understanding of how technology directly supports schools, staff, and students. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University, a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama and will begin an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership in Fall 2026.
