Ms. Flandecia Richards-Boyles is an accomplished education and technology professional leader with 20 years of experience in K–12 education, student information systems, and IT support. She holds a B.S. in Public Health from Temple University and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama. She is known for her strategic leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to improving educational outcomes through data-driven solutions.
Currently serving as the Coordinator of Student Information Support for Fulton County Schools, she leads IT and student information system initiatives, including the implementation and support of Infinite Campus and other digital tools that enhance operational efficiency and student engagement. Her career spans roles in school counseling, special education, and testing coordination, where she has consistently driven innovation through technology integration, process improvement, and staff development.
