It is with great excitement and gratitude that I join Fulton Academy of Virtual Excellence as your new Principal. I am honored to become part of the FAVE community and look forward to building relationships with students, families, staff, and stakeholders as we work together to support student success.

I bring 24 years of experience in education, including more than 14 years of high school leadership experience. My leadership is grounded in the core values of family, communication, and personal growth. I am a relationship-driven, results-focused leader committed to ensuring every student is prepared for college, career, and life.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege strengthening school culture, improving graduation rates, and increasing student achievement and outcomes. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every student can succeed when supported by strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to excellence.

In addition to my professional experience, I earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida A&M University, which has helped shape my strategic approach to leadership, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, LaToya, and our two children, Dylan and Kyndal. As a family, we love traveling, exploring new places, and creating memorable life experiences together.

I am excited to partner with our students, families, staff, and community as we continue building a culture of excellence at Fulton Academy of Virtual Excellence. I look forward to listening, learning, and working alongside each of you to ensure every student thrives.
