Brooke Scharfstein has proudly served Fulton County Schools for twenty years as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. Most recently, she has served as the Principal of State Bridge Crossing Elementary where she leads with a strong commitment to academic excellence, relationship-building, and continuous improvement. Ms. Scharfstein has demonstrated a passion for empowering teachers, supporting student growth, and creating inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, her focus on data-informed instruction, and her ability to build strong partnerships with families and the broader school community.

Ms. Scharfstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Georgia Southern University. She also earned both a Master of Education and Specialist of Education in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University.

Ms. Scharfstein enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, David, and their three children, Payton, Bella, and Darcy. Additionally, she is an avid reader, fan of live music, and college football enthusiast.
